Our story
Looked after by the people who own it.
The interiors have been brought up to date room by room. Out front, a timber pergola now covers a new deck and the landscaping has gone in. White and black outside, warm natural timber where you touch it.
The point was never to look like a chain. It was to make a small building in a small town feel considered — and to make the parts you actually use, the bed and the bathroom and the shower, genuinely good.

Working in Pittsfield?
Contractors, utility crews, engineers, sales reps and anyone else in town for the week: self check-in means you're not tied to a desk clerk's hours, and the mini fridge and free Wi-Fi make a long week workable.
Hunting & groups
Pike County season, and everyone else
Hunters need somewhere to park, somewhere to sleep hard, and an early start nobody minds. Wedding parties, reunions and work crews need a few rooms held together — with six rooms total, that conversation is best had directly with us.

- What time is check-in and checkout?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Check-in is self-service, so a late arrival is not a problem.
- How does self check-in work?
- You book direct, we send you what you need to get into your room, and you let yourself in whenever you arrive. There's no front desk to catch before it closes.
- Is parking free?
- Yes. On-site parking is free for guests and included with every room. There's also Level 2 EV charging on site.
- Do the rooms have Wi-Fi and a TV?
- Every room has complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a Roku TV, plus a mini fridge and a private en-suite bathroom.
- Are pets allowed?
- No, we're not able to accept pets. The property is also entirely non-smoking.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel. Plans change on the road — just let us know in time.
