CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we are a small business, last minute cancellations and changes of plan can be disastrous for us. We have a cancellation policy that we feel is fair for our guests and will allow us to continue to run a successful hotel.

If you have secured a room with us, and it becomes evident that you need to cancel that reservation, please call us immediately.  We require that you cancel your reservations 2 weeks prior to the date of your expected arrival. In the event you need to cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your expected arrival date, you will still be responsible for the full cost of your stay, unless we are able to re-rent the room.  This policy applies to any date that our rooms are reserved and we turn other guests away.

Short Notice Bookings (reserved less than 14 days prior) are responsible for the full cost of the stay, if we have turned other guests away and we are unable to get the room re-rented.

Early Departures are subject to the same policy. If we have turned guests away for the dates that you had secured, and we are unable to re-rent the room, you are responsible for the full cost of those dates.

We thank you for your business and we understand that plans do often change.  When a cancellation is received we contact any guests on the wait list, many times we will use social media to let others know that we have rooms available. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to get the room re-rented.


Damages Policy:  Damage to hotel property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
